The pool and spa will be closed effective immediately due to needed repairs. This project is expected to take between 30-45 days but if there are any changes, those will be communicated to all Owners as soon as possible. The remainder of the clubhouse and its facilities will remain available with no changes in hours. Please do not access the spa or pool area until you receive notice from the Association that the repairs have been completed. Playgrounds get new wood chips and cleanup
Our Sunset Ridge playground equipment has all been pressure-washed for the season, and the HOA board and volunteers pitched in with a work party to add new cedar chips to the playground by the clubhouse. The other playgrounds will also get new bark chips in the coming weeks. Thanks to the board members and volunteers who pitched in for the work party!
HOA Meeting Wed. May 11, 7 pm
All Sunset Ridge homeowners are invited to our upcoming HOA board meeting on Tuesday, May 11 at 7 pm. The meeting is held at the Sunset Ridge clubhouse. Business to be discussed includes committee updates, community garden proposal, status on improvements to playgrounds, parks, trails, mailboxes, and landscaping, new website administration, and our management company.
