Community Pool Updates Upcoming

Pool Area repairs will be commencing shortly to install a new air exchanger, repair walls, repair the beans, install new windows, doors, & update paint.

The pool area and hot tub will be closed when these repairs/install will be occurring and notice will be issued and posted onsite with as much notice as possible but there may be times when sudden, or elongated closures are needed due to unforeseen circumstances.

These repairs are necessary due to deferred maintenance over time and once completed will stabilize the pool area and keep the area from fogging and provide proper ventilation and will only require regular maintenance moving forward.
